Yes, you can play with fewer than 4 players in most of our rooms, with the exception of Curse of the Mayan Temple, which requires a minimum of 4 players. For our other rooms, while it's possible to play with smaller groups, please note that it will significantly increase the challenge. The tasks are designed for up to 8 players, meaning that fewer players will have to accomplish the same amount of work. This can make the experience extremely demanding, but still achievable. However, we do not recommend this for those who are new to escape rooms or have limited experience.

All of our games are completely private. It’ll be just you and the friends or family you invited to play.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your game to give you time to park, sign waivers, use the restroom, and be ready for action!

The difficulty of our escape rooms depends on the experience level of your group, the game you choose, and the size of your team. We offer various difficulty levels to suit different challenges. Our easiest games are rated at a level 6, meaning they are still quite challenging and many first-time players may find it difficult to escape. Our hardest rooms are rated at a 9.5, which is almost impossible for first-time players. Keep in mind, the fewer players in your group, the more demanding the experience can be, as you'll need to complete tasks designed for larger teams.

An Escape Room is a physical and mental adventure game where participants are placed into a room and have to use teamwork along with elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit. Each room is themed and has a unique story-line that engages the players through their environment.

We don’t charge for children under 6. Please keep in mind that there are some intense moments during the game that could scare younger kids. Prices apply to ages 7 and older. Although we don't recommend bringing younger children as the experience is really not geared for them. We ask that all children under the age of 7 are watched closely while in the experience. They are not to climb on furniture, be left playing with props or handle any locks. This is for their safety. 17 years old and under must have a *Legal Parent present as a participant. Curse of the Mayan Temple MUST have TWO *Legal Parents as paid participants.

Our games are optimally designed for the number of people listed. However, we will try to accommodate your request at our discretion.

Prices vary from $30.00 per person to $34.00 per person based on the experience chosen. Because our games are designed for 4-8 players, each game has a minimum base rate to play. Ticket price increases for 5 or more players.

There is no age limit, though the puzzles are designed for adults. We recommend the lower difficulty rooms for younger groups. If your group is all under the age of 14 then a parent or adult will need to be in the room with them. We don't recommend bringing babies as it makes focusing on the game extremely difficult; however, they are not prohibited.

Rattlesnake Bend, Curse of the Mayan Temple, Area 53 and Doomsday Bunker are 100% wheelchair assessible. Da Vinci's Secret and Camp Crystal Lake are assessible for the majority of the game, there are, however, parts of the games that are not accessible. Escape Jumanji is a physical game with elevation changes and possible crawling, but not everyone will have to crawl. Enter at your own risk. If you have any questions, please call us before booking.

While that sounds like a great idea, the answer is no, you will need most of your brain power. There is a brewery just down the street for you to enjoy an adult beverage after your experience. Trust us, you are going to talk about your experience for hours.

We are located 2 blocks north of Gravity Park on San Mateo and 1 block east of the Balloon Fiesta Park. The major cross streets are Alameda and San Mateo. The San Mateo location has 3 themes currenlty. At this location we offer: Camp Crystal Lake, Da Vinci's Secret and Doomsday Bunker. Our 2nd location is located at 7441 Paso Del Norte next to Mario's Pizza. The Paseo Del Norte location offers Escape Jumanji, Curse of the Mayan Temple, Area 53 and Rattlesnake Bend.
